The Wherry Pub
The Wherry pub was on the Quay, Quay Street, hence its name. The earliest record found is in 1765 when it was shown in the Will of ‘Rch SMITH of Sotherton’. The thatched pub was burnt down and replaced with a brick building, which is now used as an office.
