Walking the Labyrinth - A Time for Reflection

Usually on first Monday every month. The labyrinth on the Church paddock is a quiet space where people can have a peaceful walk, think through an issue, grieve for a loved one or simply enjoy the beauty around them. Some find it a place to pray. Other reflective activities in the church. Refreshments provided. People available if you want someone to talk to afterwards.

A local walk of approx 90 minutes, with Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Suffolk/Halesworth Wellbeing Walks group. Grade 3 to 4. Meet in Thoroughfare Car Park, Halesworth IP19 8AH, what3words: strongman.fits.built . This walk is not wheelchair accessible. Dogs permitted on a short lead. (NB. Cows at Millennium Green. Parking charges apply at this car park). Toilets in nearby Town Park.
No need to pre-book, just turn up on the day. If this is your first Wellbeing Walk you will be required to complete a registration form before the walk. This form will be given to you by the walk leader.
