Melita Rouse-Skeet will provide a look inside the closed world of daily life inside a men’s prison from a staff perspective. In many years of working in the incarcerated world of prison life, facets of human nature evolve that the public seldom sees. Prisons are there to safeguard the public, yet one must not lose sight of the fact that all prisoners are somebody's son.
