Timed 15-minute slots, just for your group. Advance booking essential. Each family ticket is for one child, with one accompanying adult free. If you have additional children, or if you are a large group needing longer than 15 minutes, you will need to book an additional ticket/time slot, next to your original time.
Please report to Visitor Centre reception about 15 minutes before your session to allow time for our woodland elf to greet you and walk you through the wood to meet Father Christmas and elves in his Grotto.
Ticket includes photo taken with Father Christmas, on your own camera or phone (a photographer is not included), and one gift. You are welcome to bring siblings but they will not receive a gift. Usual reserve entry fees apply for any non-members adults.

Come and see the Festival, from 14 December to 6 January (Twelfth Night). There are always a variety of trees: some are witty, others look good, some are heart-warming. All are interesting!
